Return & Exchange Policy
Exchange Policy
We offer an exchange facility on all products, provided the request is made within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange:

The product must be unused, unworn, and undamaged

It must be returned in its original condition and packaging

Proof of purchase must be provided
Customers may exchange their item for the same product or a different product (subject to availability).
All shipping and delivery charges for exchanges will be borne by the customer.
Exchange requests made after 7 days of purchase will not be accepted.
Return Policy
We do not accept returns under normal circumstances.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

The product is damaged upon delivery

The product received is significantly different from what is shown on the website
To qualify for a return:

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order

Clear photographic or video evidence must be provided
Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or exchange accordingly.
Please note that items showing signs of wear, misuse, or tampering will not be eligible for return or exchange.
